The novel design allows it to be one of the most portable pedal timpani ever made.  Adams have now developed a system where the bowl can be fully removed (without tools) from the base and still maintain its head tension.
The base itself folds and locks, and can be easily carried using the built-in handle. The oversized double locking swivel castors, combined with the permanently installed locking third wheel assembly on the pedal, help the Revolution drums glide along with finger-tip effort.
A built-in fine tuner gives great versatility, especially to players wishing to use calf heads.The range on the Revolution drums is excellent:
20" from E to B,
23" from a C to high A,
26" a fine low F to a bright F,
29" from a good quality low E to a clear D,
32" goes from a low D to B
The Revolution timpani are available in a choice of size :20", 23", 26", 29", 32". These drums are ideal for all timpanists, schools, colleges, bands and orchestras.
